  • Company, We, Us, or Our refers to A & A Trading LLC-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

  • Goods refers to the products sold on our website, including peelable nail polish.

  • Orders refers to a request made by you to purchase Goods from us.

  • Website refers to www.peelanails.com.

  • You refers to the individual or legal entity placing an Order.


Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing the order.

Orders cancelled within this timeframe will be refunded using the original payment method.


Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The Goods must have been purchased directly from our website.

  • The Goods must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, nail polish products are not eligible for return, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Nail polish products that have been opened or used

  • Items unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons

  • Personalised or made-to-order items

  • Goods that deteriorate rapidly by nature

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must notify us within 12 hours of delivery

  • You must provide a photo and a brief description of the issue

If the issue is reported within this timeframe, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Return Process

  • Any non-damage return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as defective

  • Customers bear the risk of loss during return shipping

Refunds
