Peela is committed to providing excellent service and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping and delivery of your orders.
1. Shipping Services
Peela offers worldwide shipping to ensure our products are accessible globally. We make every effort to dispatch orders as efficiently as possible. Please note that public holidays, peak periods, or unforeseen events may impact delivery timelines. Same-day dispatch may be available for select orders, subject to availability and operational capacity.
2. Fulfilment, Processing & Delivery Time
All orders are subject to a fulfilment and processing period of up to 2 business days (48 hours) from the time the order is placed.
Delivery timeframes begin only after this fulfilment period has been completed.

While we aim to prepare and dispatch orders promptly, Peela cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has left our facility, as delivery is subject to third-party logistics providers.
3. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Orders are processed quickly, and there is a limited window to request address changes.
If you believe you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. Address changes are not guaranteed once fulfilment has begun.
4. Undeliverable Orders
Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information may be subject to a restocking fee, determined at Peela’s discretion.
We will contact you to arrange reshipment or discuss available options.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Peela is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as lost or stolen.
If your tracking information indicates delivery and you have not received your package, you must contact the carrier and, where applicable, file a report with local authorities. Peela is unable to replace or refund orders confirmed as delivered.
6. Return Request Timeframe
Return requests must comply with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nail polish products are generally non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, unless defective
Defective items must be reported within 12 hours of delivery, with supporting photos and details.

7. Out-of-Stock Items
If any items in your order are unavailable, Peela will offer one of the following options:

Hold the order until all items are back in stock before dispatch

Cancel the out-of-stock item(s) and ship the remaining items
We will contact you to confirm your preference before proceeding.
